This course was developed so that everyday people could begin to enjoy the simplicity of working with recipes that include the use of spices and herbs often found in the meals of India and from Ayurveda dietary and healing practices.
This Ayurveda cooking course will teach you how to use herbs and spices to create healthy meals that will prevent minor illnesses, such as colds and headaches. Ayurveda cooking is an alternative medicine system which originated in the Indian subcontinent and is now practiced in Western civilization as a means of maintaining general wellness.
